How do you get in shape without injuring yourself? Well, it's impossible to prevent all injuries, but there are ways in which to keep them at a minimum. One way is to change your goals. What do I mean by that? Well, most of us that set fitness goals and ignore the day to day signs that our body is giving us. Ignore these signs for long, and an injury can take place. In order to deal with this issue, I would suggest a different goal. A goal that takes priority over the fitness goal, and that goal is to make your first priority to establish a relationship with the body, and trust that doing so will take care of all of the other goals in a safer more effective way.
